The former deralict Lido was redeveloped by Cousins Construction as one of the last major housing schemes in the Bournville Village Trust area when completed in 2005.
The project included four 5 Bedroom detached properties on a private driveway facing two lakes inthe Rowheath Parkland area of Bournville. Six other four bedroom detached properties were constructed on the same site on Oakfarm Road.

Cousins Construction were chosen as main contractors by Goodyear on a project to refurbish an existing building to house the relocation of their Re-tread Tyre Production Facility
The client moved in on time and were producing tyres two weeks after moving in.

Dreadnought Tiles - Foundations For Brick Carriage Track
Cousins Construction have just completed extensive new concrete floor pits and ducts to house the new brick carriage track currently being constructed by Hinton,Perry and Davenhill at their Dreadnought works.
