" We wanted to write to all of the main contractors who were involved in the project to move retread this year. As you know this was an important project to us and it was vital that the project was completed within the given timescales. This was achieved and we were able to begin producing retread tyres as scheduled. Another important point is that the project was completed without any accidents as you were challenged to do in the pre-meetings.
It is also recognised that these achievements came about whilst we had to change some of the parameters of the project and those challenges were met with professionalism.
Your work in achieving this is appreciated by the management at Goodyear Wolverhampton. These achievements have also been recognised by Regional management, acknowledging both the safety performance and timely completion under challenging circumstances.
